Healing Is Possible

Therapy offers space to step back from the pressure to hold it together, the uncertainty of change, and the loneliness of experiencing it on your own.

It provides the space and tools to slow down and make sense of your experience.

You may be searching for relief, insight, or the ability to cope with challenges in a healthier way.

The right support helps you strengthen your ability to cope and develop the self-understanding you need to find a way forward.

  • The focus is on the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Exploring the impact of helpful and unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. Skills aim to improve adaptive coping patterns and promote more balanced thinking.

  • DBT offers practical skills to navigate intense emotions, improve relationships, and develop greater emotional balance without losing sight of your values.

  • This collaborative approach supports meaningful change by helping you clarify your goals, resolve inner ambivalence, and strengthen your own motivation to grow.

  • A structured, evidence-based approach that empowers caregivers with tools to support their child’s development while building positive, connected family dynamics.

  • ACT helps you move through emotional pain by cultivating psychological flexibility and aligning your actions with what matters most to you.

  • This depth-oriented approach helps you uncover unconscious patterns shaped by early experiences, offering insight into how they continue to impact your present life.

  • I am a strong advocate of building a village of providers to support your child/young person. I can model and provide advocacy assistance to support access to appropriate services within various systems of care (ie. school, regional center, medical).

I specialize in supporting adolescents, young adults, and families, as well as individuals seeking guidance in areas such as trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, gender and sexuality exploration, relationship dynamics, social skills, parenting, and educational advocacy.

With over a decade of experience serving the Autism Spectrum and Developmental Disability communities, I am a devoted advocate for neurodivergent adolescents and young adults.

Long term therapy could be a good option for someone with complex trauma, living with a chronic medical/mental health condition, or someone who takes longer to develop rapport/trust with a therapist.

Inital Session

Once we schedule a mental health intake we will meet and get to know one another. I will ask specific questions about what brings you to therapy so I can better understand your needs.

During the initial intake I'll also gather information that may include: childhood, trauma, academics, developmental history, medical and mental health history. This information is helpful in developing a full picture and understanding of what may be coming up for you. This information will allow me to provide tailored treatment recommendations.

We'll collaboratively explore treatment goals and develop a treatment plan that ensures we each know our roles and commitment to your healing journey.

Therapy will involve weekly individual sessions to help support you in reaching your therapy goals.

Schedule a free 15 min consultation with me.

The call is meant to be a brief overview of what brings you to therapy and to see if I would be a good fit for your needs.

It means a lot to be trusted with your story. I hope to bring warmth, presence, and a sense of safety as you move toward whatever healing or clarity you're seeking.
