Lina Rodas, LCSW
As a first-generation Latina college graduate, my path has been shaped by a deep commitment to service and healing.
My early career began in hospitals within under-resourced communities, where I witnessed the profound weight of suffering, illness, loss, and trauma unfolding in singular, pivotal moments.
Yet, I felt called not just to be present in crisis, but to walk alongside others through the full arc of their healing journey. A journey not defined by one moment, but by the quiet, persistent unfolding of many.
I began my social work career working with children, adolescents, and families, guiding parents through the labyrinth of grief, uncertainty, and pain that so often accompanies a medical or mental health diagnosis.
In spaces where traditional systems fail to inspire hope, I sought to offer light, to remind each person of their inherent strength, their capacity to heal, and their ability to create a meaningful future.
Since then, I have had the profound honor of walking with hundreds of individuals, couples, groups, and families as they rediscover resilience, deepen their connections, and embrace the evolving story of who they are becoming.
I have held space for vulnerable narratives, bearing witness to the courage it takes to heal.
My work is not about fixing what is broken, but about honoring the wholeness that has always been there, waiting to be seen, nurtured, and reclaimed.
